If you cannot connect to your website, follow these steps to help determine the cause of the problem:
- Try to connect to another website, such as MSN or Google. If you can't reach them, your Internet connection is probably down.
- Make sure your domain name has not expired. Go to a WhoIs service, such as http://whois.sc, enter you domain name and check the expiration date.
- If your connection and domain names are both good, open a support ticket (see How to Open a Support Ticket or Trouble Ticket), or if it is an emergency, call 866 542-9740 to reach our 24/7 emergency support line.
NOTE: There will be a $75 emergency support line fee if we determine that your issue was caused by your computer, your computer software, your Internet connection or your Internet Service Provider.
