- Login to the Member Center.
- Select MY PROJECTS from the menu.
- Click on WORK REQUEST.
- Enter the name of your website (this is usually your company’s name, but if you have several websites, it may be a different name).
- Enter the details of your work request (use a separate task for each page or section of your site).
- Select the work authorization button if you would like to pre-approve your request and begin your work as soon as possible, OR select the quote request button if you would like to receive a quote prior to scheduling your work.
NOTE: Work will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis, with priority given to our monthly maintenance clients, and will be invoiced upon completion.
NOTE: Work requests should NOT be used if you are having service trouble. In that case, please open a support ticket (see How to Open a Support Ticket or Trouble Ticket).
