eSolutions Introduces New Support Ticket System

Effective immediately, we are asking all clients to utilize our new ticket system when requesting support. To access the system:

  1. Login to the Member Center.
  2. Your username is the primary email address for your account.
  3. If you do not know your password, click on the "Forgot My Password" link.
  4. If you need to open a support ticket, select the SUPPORT DESK option from the GET SUPPORT menu.
  5. Click on the NEW TICKET button to open a support ticket, or click on an existing ticket to review and/or update that ticket.

You may also view, print and pay invoices through the Member Center, obtain your hosting login information, update your contact and credit card information, and submit work requests through the Member Center.
